The price includes:

  1. Convocation of the general assembly according to the client’s wishes
  2. Company name, owner, director of the company,  extension of business activities can be changed within the price.
  3. Transfer of business share
  4. Drafting full documentation and the amendments as well as the proposal for registration into the Company Register;
  5. Company court fee - registration of changes into the company register, notary’s fees - 1 director, 1 owner;
  6. Official translation of the director’s certificate of clean record;
  7. Certificate of registration
  8. Specimen signature
  9. Attested new certificate of registration;
  10. Registration for income tax at the Revenue Office;
  11. Collecting EU tax number - registration into the European register (white card or pink card)

The client shall pay the notary's fees separately to the notary (approx. EUR 30).
